Kettle Soured to be tart. A typical German Berliner is meant to be tart and refreshing, and served with a shot of sweet woodruff syrup. At Old Bridgeview Brewing one of the owners makes incredible house made syrups out of fruit and herbs. A serious must try with current house made syrups.
